Watch him for 5 minutes and you can tell he's Spanish. No one in our squad is capable of using their body to protect the ball better than Obiang. A skill that is present in almost any international quality Spanish player which I think Obiang might be in years to come.....

Obiang is liked a souped up Hayden Mullins.
Mullins was a good lad and decent player, so tells you the Obiang has some game at just 24.

Song has not been terrible like some make out on here.
But you have got to dig another midfielder out to take the attention away from the SKIPS poor performances for the majority of this season.
Kouyate was the one used before Song was on the scene.
Nolan before that.
Parker before that.

Ogbonna is a strange one, at interview Bilic was clear that we needed a left sided CB and that was our primary weakness last season. He wanted Og' who has been solid but but he gets little game time. That said Ginge has been imperious, now out injured I expect to see Ogbonna in and cement his place.

Needs a run in the team, like Antonio will need to wait for injuries, but doesn't look like happening. Would like to see him given a chance as I have mostly liked what I have seen as a defensive midfielder.
Ogbonna is another I would play alot more. Can not do their confidence much good, can see them both wanting to leave in the summer and I wouldn't blame them.

Agreed that it's a bit early to tell exactly what we have, but I like what I've seen so far. I'd like to see him play in a more attacking role, which as far as I know is what he did regularly at Sampdoria.

Still a bit undecided with this lad.
At Newcastle he was terrible..but some home games he's looked decent.
Don't think he's anything special...but far from dogshit.
But unless he's given a good run of games it's impossible to judge objectively

from what i have seen of him he looks good,
can see him looking for another club at the end of the season if
playing time dont improve, hope not though.
